Buyers

Any end consumer/Internet user who will send their order to the seller on any item in the FARO electronic shop (www.faro-src.com).

Goods

Catalogue

It is easy to see whether the item is in stock from the icon of each item (see 'Help' for details). An ordered item that is in stock will be sent based on your order. In case of any change in some parameters (price, sell-out etc.) of the item, a buyer will be informed via email. An order of an item that is not in stock will be dealt with as a not binding one. After the stock replenishment of the ordered item, the buyer will be informed via email and asked for their confirmation of the order.

Order

By sending their order buyer confirms that they have read and agreed with the business conditions. The buyer is obliged to provide a full and exact postal address, to which the ordered goods will be sent. The goods will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer in their order. The buyer is obliged to pick up the goods and pay the quoted price.

The seller is obliged to handle a binding order and send the ordered goods based on the buyer's requests on the provided postal address. The seller reserves the right to cancel/reject an order, if the buyer has not made at least one purchase before or has repeatedly failed to pick up goods they ordered.

Term of dispatching

The item that is in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours from receiving the order.

Payment conditions

The buyer receives an invoice payable on our bank account at VR bank. After receiving the amount on Model-FARO account, the goods will be sent within 24 hours to the address stated in the order. The post and package prices are stated in the 'Delivery terms' section. Goods remain a property of the seller until the full price is paid.

Claims

Claims will be dealt with based upon the complaint regulation of the Model Ltd and upon the law regulations in the Czech Republic and the EU. The buyer is obliged to send the goods for complaint in the original casing/package and always after phone or written settlement with the seller.

If the goods delivered are incomplete or the goods have a defect the buyer is obliged to inform the seller about this immediately - either by email (faro@autodraha-faro.cz), by phone (Tel: +420 377 220 727) or by fax (+420 377 429 717). The seller may not accept such claims otherwise. We also recommend customers the option to discuss the claims with our representative in Germany. The company ZS Consult will provide you with help regarding the claims and will give you advice on how to proceed.
