Delivery of goods

Most of our goods at our e-shop are in stock; that is why we considered binding orders only for these goods. The ordered goods are despatched within two days after receiving an order. The installation of the goods is not a part of the order. The place of delivery is the address provided by a buyer in their order form. The package with the goods always contains a tax certificate. If it is required by the nature of the goods, certificate of warranty and an English manual are attached. The goods can be delivered in two ways: via Czech post or via supplying dispatch; the latter only after a price settlement or via our representative in Germany (comp. ZS Consult)

In case of post delivery the post and package fees are added to the order, based on a fee for a particular region of a buyer. A buyer can see this fee after selecting the region during their order, the P&P will be automatically added to the total price. The goods are always very carefully packed to avoid any damage during the transport. We wish you a lot of fun and thank you for your interest in FARO.
